The very first time I called to Brewrats (Dec. 22, 2008)

Yep! it's a nice experience..=)

Every monday sa brewrats is a poetry day.. so brewsters like me can share their poetry skills..

eh..xempre..may mga naibaon akong mga gawa kong tula sa aking baul..haha..writer kuno..and ayun..tumwag ako sa brewrats para ishare yung tula kong "Why Can't You See?"..

well..you know nainlove ako noon sa isang lalaking friend na manhid..haha..=) and ayun ang theme ng poem kong yan..alam kong maraming makakarelate..kaya nainspire akong isulat yan..haha..=)

moving on, nagulat ako ng sagutin nila ang phone..and yes! nagpakilala ako bilang A.J. ng Cainta..haha..kasi malapit lang ako kina Tado na taga Marikina and Ramon Bautista na Taga-Rizal din ata..i'm not sure ha..pero lagi kasi nilang pinaguusapan ang Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall..hehe

ayun..sabi ko kay Ramon "Ramon, my friends and I were calling during the UP Live Aids Silver sa Up Theater pero di mo kami pinapansin..suplado..hehe" ayun sabi nia suplado talag xa sa personal.. sabi nman ni Tado..sana daw nagpapansin ako..haha..next time na lang daw ulit..

ayun..after nun..binasa ko na poem ko and it's good nman daw and Ramon said "write some more" Yey! hehe..

tapos maingay yung puppy ko.. rinig na rinig sa phone..kaya sabi ni Tado "tell your dog to shut up" wahahaha! biro lang namn..

ayun,,just wanna share..kaenjoy talaga..lagi akong tumatawag sa Magic 89.9..pero first time ko lang sa RT at sa Brewrats and nakakatuwa silang kausap..=)

UP LIVE AIDS SILVER Anak ka ng Peyups!

It was brought to us by UP Samaskom.. it's an organization in University of the Philippines of Masscom Students there.

It's too good that our professor in Broadcast Media was a member of that org before. Since it's their 25th anniversary and it's UP's centennial celebration too, the show was participated by the alumni of UP Samaskom. We were all invited! yes! Thanks to our prof. Wally Labajo. He let us experience their most special show in their history since it's their silver.

The show started later than it had to start. But it's ok. All the time we waited just worth it! The show really rocked the whole UP Theater. Everyone bursted with boisterous laughter especially when the impersonator of the present first lady of United States, Michelle Obama got out of the stage. Man! She-slash-he (cause he's gay) is really an epitome of Mrs. Obama. She states how we CAN do anything. She was stating "Yes we can, coke in can and orocan" anything but can all over.

Then on the pageant for Diliman Darling, our prof acts as the host, dressed like a lady and proved us, his students, that he's really a bitch. lol. He also had a role as a cheerleader of UP Pepe Squad..yes pepe..hihi=)

There was also their own version of Internet sensation Charice Pempengco , Amber Glamourosa, who has her tagalized song Ga-la-a-ma-o-ra-u-sa..hehe.. being syllabicated with our traditional Abakada alphabet.

What I really can't forget was the UP Oblation Run!!!! The mouth of the audience including mine left hanging open when at the end of the segment, there came running nude guys! Gosh! I've seen a lot of birds out there huh..haha..=) Well, that's one of my favorite part because they spoofed the Don't-lie-to-me segment of John Lapus where the one who impersonated him had a production numbers too.

One of my favorites also was the ISANG-PINGGANG-PANSIT portion. Three samapaguita vendors battled for the pearl of one rich lady. But they have to do their best to act their own version of isang-pinggang-pansit piece just like in Little Miss Philippines talent protion. One is a "maldita" girl who idolizes Scarlet of "Iisa Pa Lamang", the other is a girl who idolizes Judy Ann Santos who is always being bullied and the other one is gay. They delivered the lines of the piece with their own personality which was really funny especially the Scarlet-girl. In the end, no one won because the pearl was snatched. (Our prof here had a cameo role as one of joggers around UP Oval.)

Next, is the feature of the first and only student of UP. She had the ribbon-cutting of Ikot jeep and isaw stand. Too funny but the time had been dragged by this segment.

And there went Tuesday Vargas. She acts as Silveria who was hit by lightning when she was born and had a mark on her forehead just like Harry Potter. She has a super hero characteristics bec. she was so fast. She just stated the story of her life which was really funny. Tuesday acted well. She was so sexy, pretty and hilarious. I even had a pic with her at the end of the show!

And the last part was the UP lagoon feature which was the combination of Little mermaid and Dyesebel with a twist. Though I wasn't paying attention anymore on that part still the costume was so captivating.

I salute all the scriptwriters of the show. It lasted for four hours but every part was still clear in my mind even though days passed already from the show. Our class has still hangover of the show. We keep on repeating all the funny lines from the show. I'll never forget this. Although the ticket was expensive, I didn't had any regrets.

Hay.. I still wish that someday, we can produce a spectacular show like that. I'd even wish I'm studying at UP..haha..=) But of course, I'm proud to be Lycean!!!=)

Nang magpagabi kami ni Em sa Powerbooks at mabuwisit sa isang bading..

hehe..as requested by Emerolf O. Felix, i-bblog ko ang mga naranasan nmin kahapon sa Robinsons Place Manila..upisahan natin sa umpisa (malamang diba?!)

Ang uwian nmin pag Wednesday is 11:30am..and ang plano lang daw ni Em ay pumasok,sumama skin sa mall and umuwi..pero iba ang nangyari..eto na:afternoon, biglaang nagkameeting ang Broadcast Media Group 2 (antagal..gutom na kmi) natapos ang meeting at nagpunta kmi nina Kris, Jaypee and Em sa Mcdo para kumain.. Si Em, ndi DAW nagdala ng pera..di dw kasi inaasahan na hahapunin kmi..hindi xa kumain..haha..

pagkatapos eh sinamahan pa rin nia ko sa Robinsons Manila para kuhain ang aking Twilight bookmark na libre sa pagbili ko ng "New Moon" sa Powerbooks..aba may libreng Haagen-Dazs ice cream din un ha..=) nagtagal kmi sa pagbasa ng books sa Powerbooks at sa sobrang kakatawa ay nakaramdam din ng gutom si Em..haha..at dahil naguiguilty ako, nagpromise ako na ililibre ko xa ng food..aba! magrequest ba daw sa Aristocrat's?! hehe..eh ngMcdo nga lang ako knina..nagrequest din ng Max's(don't worry Em..sa susunod na lang tau kain jan)..napunta kmi sa KFC..paorder na sana kmi ng biglang magbago ng isip..naalala nmin si Jolibee..hehe..punta kmi ng Jolllibee.. Ang lalaki, niloloko lang pla ako, may dala naman plang PERA..aun..nakarma..muntik ng madulas at matapunan ng pineapple juice..hehe..buti na lang pinalitan ng manager..thank you=)

tapos muntik na kming manood ng twilight..kaso andaming tao..corny..hehe..saka sa Friday pa nmin balak manood ng mga friends nmin..=)

Nang mabusog eh bumalik ng Powerbooks(adik kasi kmi sa libro).. nagbabasa ako ng walng kwentang UNAUTHORIZE GUIDE TO TWILIGHT SERIES ni Lois cheverchever..nakalimutan ko ung surname,ang mahal ng libro nia,di nman mganda..hehe..=) May dumating na BUNGANGERANG bading na agaw-eksena sa napakatahimik na Powerbooks.. ginulo pa nia ung mga sales clerk dun..kung ano2ng hinahanap.. kelangan pang isigaw ung "miss, meron ba kayong bag para sa laptop?" duh?wala nman xang laptop..hehe..=) tapos iba2 na ang tinatanong..pati twilight and mga planner..grabe ang ingay talaga.. di kmi makaconcentrate sa pagbabasa..ang EPAL nia.. lahat ng tao napapatingin s knya..

ang masaklap pa, tumbi pa skin..eh nakapatong yung bag ko sa couch sa tabi ko..sbi nia "MISS, excuse me" sabay irap and flip pa kunwari ng hair eh boy-cut naman ung hair nia..epal talaga! salita ng salita ng english without knowing na communication students kmi ni Em, eh mali nman grammar nia..haha..=) in the end, ung maliit na planner lang ung nabili nia..bwisit! GREAT PRETENDER..

ala lang..nashare ko lang..nakakainis lang kasi ung mga agaw-eksena na nagppretend lang na powerful and all.. kunwari madaming pera, wala nman..and manners naman noh! alam niang andaming nagbabasa tapos napakaingay nia!!!hmp..hehe..(breathe aj)

ayun..sa sobrang pagkawili sa pagbabasa ng books, napansin nmin na madilim na pla..hala! hehe..andami na plang text ng mama ko skin..=0 haha..edi picture2 muna kmi ni Em.. first time ksi nming gabihin sa RP manila..haha..=) ansaya..

nga pla sa buong araw nmin sa Powerbooks, eto lang ang paulit-ulit (mga 20 people ata) naming naririnig sa mga lumalapit sa customer service: "MISS, WALA NA PO BA KAYONG TWILIGHT?"

haha..wala na talaga..nagpareserve lang din ako noon eh..=)

THANK GOD, I'm now a scholar!

hay..sa wakas, sinagot na ni Lord ang panalangin ko..at nagbunga na din ang aking pagsisikap sa pag-aaral..=)

My General Point Average is 1.51..that had granted me a partial scholarship..=) so i'll just have to pay the half of our tuition..

sayang nga lang kasi kung kasma sa pagcompute ng average ang grade ko sa NSTP, magiging 1.46 ang aking average which would qualify me sana as a FULL scholar. hay..

unfortunately..ndi pla kasma sa computation un..cinareer ko pa un..huhu..

and ang nakakainis lang..dahil lang sa sobra kong .01 ndi ako pinayagn maging full..hay..

ok lang..babawi na lang ako next sem.. i'll pursue the full scholarship..at least, mkktulong din ung partial scholarship smin..

hehe..gnun pla ang pakiramdam ng dean's lister,,nakakataba ng puso..parang masasabi mo n lng sa srili mo, "kaya ko pla yun?!".. Thank God tlga! di nia ko pinabayaan.. ngaun, may magandang part na sa transcript ko,,hehe..

and I wanna thank also the people who have been around me last sem..=) I enjoyed my studies. NEXT SEM ULI!!!!

hay..too bad nagkahiwahiwalay na ang A101..I'll miss our bondings guys!!

A-102 na ko..which is ok lang rin skin kasi mas maganda ang sked and kaclose ko ung mga tao dun kesa sa mga naiwan sa A101..except also for Carlo and other friends. hay.. loyal kasi kau sa 101..hehe..

ayan.. may sarili ng section ang ROYAL FAMILY..hehe go A102!!! wala na ang orig na 101..hinaluan na ng iba..kainis! hehe..

aun lang..part of me is excited to go back to school next friday but part of me is not, thinking that the people that i'll be dealing with will not be the real A101 that I loved anymore..hay..

aw!!! it's so superduper hard pla maging reunion organizer!!!! grr.. akalain mong nakayanan kong ndi mag-online for one whole week!!

grabe! Pero in fairness, nakakaenjoy din lalo na pag umo-oo silang sasama sila. Napakahirap nga lang maghagilap ng mga classmates mong 5 years mo ng hindi nakikita..antindi!

samu't saring reaksiyon kapag sumasagot ng telepono..may nagugulat, may hindi na ko kilala..hehe..ouch! at matatandaan na lang pag sinabi kong ako yung maliit nilang kaklase..haha..nakakaloka yun!!!

i have to think kung saang place and muntikan pang ganapin sa bahay nmin..buti na lang hindi..hassle yun..haha.. and I decided na maganda sa Rest house na may pool..enjoy yun! kaso ang mahal pero mukhang carry naman nmin(sana)..hahahaha..and dun na nga kmi..

hay..anyway..OLPHS stands for Our Lady of Perpetual Help School sa Santolan, Pasig City po iyon sa mga ndi nakakaalam.. And dun ako nag-aral for 2 years only.. Grade 5 and Grade 6..oh diba?! tapos ako pa nging organizer eh mas matagal silang nagkasama..hehe

pero ok lang..yahoo!!! excited na ko sa Oct.24!!!! makikita ko na sila ulit and makikita na din nila ko..nakakakaba..hehe..=)
